Job description

Position Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Project Manager with 5-7 years of experience to support Creative Operations within a fast-paced e-commerce environment. This role is responsible for driving the end-to-end execution of creative projects across digital channels, ensuring work is delivered on time, on brand, and aligned with business priorities.

Core Responsibilities
Project Management & Execution
  • Own and manage the lifecycle of creative projects across e-commerce, including product launches, on-site updates, campaigns, and evergreen content.
  • Build and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and trackers to ensure visibility and accountability.
  • Lead project kickoffs, align stakeholders on scope and deliverables, and ensure clear communication throughout execution.
  • Proactively identify risks, bottlenecks, and dependencies, and implement solutions to keep projects on track.

Creative Operations & Workflow Optimization
  • Partner with Creative, Merchandising, Web Merchandising, Marketing, Production and Art Direction teams to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
  • Manage intake processes, ensuring briefs are complete, prioritized, and aligned with business goals
  • Continuously refine workflows, tools, and systems to scale creative output without compromising quality
  • Support resource planning across creative teams, balancing workload and timelines

E-commerce Focus
  • Oversee execution of on-site creative updates including homepage, landing pages, PDP content, and seasonal launches
  • Ensure alignment between product calendars, marketing campaigns, and creative deliverables
  • Collaborate with performance and analytics teams to incorporate learnings into future creative planning
  • Maintain a strong understanding of e-commerce timelines, dependencies, and conversion-driven priorities

Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Act as the central point of contact between creative and cross-functional partners
  • Facilitate effective communication across teams, ensuring alignment on priorities and expectations
  • Support leadership with status updates, reporting, and project visibility

Minimum Qualifications
  • 5-7 years of project management experience, preferably in creative operations, e-commerce, or a related field

Compensation
Compensation for the role will be determined based on the candidate's qualifications, skills, and experience. The estimated annual compensation for this role is $80,000-$110,000; classified as full-time exempt and not eligible for overtime.
