Job description

Creative Dining Services at Northwestern College in Orange City, Iowa is looking for a Full Time Retail PM Foodservice Supervisor. The Retail Foodservice Supervisor maintains the retail dining services operation, works to ensure that the expectations of the client and Dining Services Director are met and/or exceeded, while responding to market trends and customer demands, producing desired outcomes in a fiscally responsible manner. Works professionally and cooperatively as a valued member of the dining services team, assisting with any aspect of the dining services program necessary.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Under the direction of the Retail Manager, supervises and coordinates all retail foodservice activities
  • Maintains an organized system of comprehensive retail record keeping
  • Maintains established food presentation standards
  • Participates with Food Committee meetings
  • Maintains good public relations with all customers, clients, staff, vendors, and the community; achieves high levels of customer and client satisfaction
