Creative entrepreneur in Los Angeles (running a music project and a beauty brand) is hiring a part-time personal and executive assistant. Hybrid role โ€” mostly remote with occasional in-person tasks. Looking for someone organized, proactive, and discreet, who can handle a mix of personal and business support.

Schedule: Part-time โ€” approximately 15โ€“20 hours per week. Flexible hours, occasional evenings or weekends around events.

Compensation: $1,500โ€“2,200/month, based on experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Calendar and appointment management (personal, business, and event scheduling)

  • Booking travel, restaurants, services, and reservations

  • Email triage and follow-ups

  • Coordinating with other team members (videographer, content manager, marketing)

  • Event planning and prep (private events, gatherings, social occasions)

  • Running occasional in-person errands or pickups in LA

  • Light research, ordering, and personal shopping support

  • Document preparation and general admin support across both business ventures

Requirements:

  • 1+ years experience as a personal assistant, executive assistant, or similar role

  • Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented

  • Strong written and verbal communication

  • Comfortable with Google Workspace, calendar tools, and basic productivity apps

  • Discreet and trustworthy with personal and business matters

  • LA-based or able to be in-person occasionally

  • Driver's license and reliable transportation a plus
