We are looking for...:

If you're a web developer who is passionate about what you do, and are looking for a position where you will love coming to work, we are looking for you. We are looking for a developer who can handle both front and back end development equally, and love one as much as the other. We work with the latest technologies, using HTML5, CSS3, jquery/jquery UI and take pride in our development work. 


You will be challenged in your work, and we are looking for someone who enjoys finding the perfect solution to a challenging project. We have projects in both .net and php with some other languages coming up occasionally based on client needs, and are looking for candidates that have strength in either, and ideally experience in both. 


You will be responsible for architecting new sites, from the initial transformation of a PSD into HTML/CSS and JavaScript to the coding of an elegant back-end solution. You will be a part of our team of developers supporting international clients and exciting projects. 

* Using various tools, you can answer "how do you make this page faster?" 

* Being nimble requires taking advantage of new technologies. You need to be able to evaluate a library or service for use on a project based on: maturity, maintainability, portability, etc. 

* The ability to work independently and to take ownership of a task.

Qualifications

Experience Guidelines:


** Intimate knowledge of JavaScript (prototype system and anonymous functions)


* Kentico and/or Ektron CMS


* HTML5/CSS3 - You love experimenting with the latest HTML5/CSS3 features to make your code cleaner, simpler, or faster but you never forget about your IE users 


* A solid knowledge of a server side web development language, preferably C# or PHP 


* An understanding of how to parse/transform HTML using XPath or XSLT 


* Experience with rendering complex data (usually provided in JSON) 


* Experience with source control
