Job Description Summary:

This role is part of the Enterprise Intelligence team within the Global Digital Network organization. As Director, Global Integrated Creative & Communications Enterprise Intelligence, you will lead a team of research, data and analytics experts to deliver the development and delivery of next-generation creative and communications intelligence solutions that enable distinctive, competitively advantaged integrated creative and consumer communications campaigns. You will work across market research, insights, category, end-to-end connections and advertising disciplines to build and implement holistic diagnostics for creative advertising, consumer experiences, and brand campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
Creative and Communications Intelligence Creation and Delivery
  • Develop and deliver research, data, and analytics solutions that support brand campaign diagnostics, creative testing, and consumer communications measurement.
  • Create and maintain communications performance reports, identifying trends, insights, and actionable recommendations.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to translate data into meaningful intelligence and insights that drive creative and communications effectiveness.
  • Present research findings and analytics outcomes to network partners, ensuring alignment with business goals and marketing strategies.
  • Partner with the Enterprise Intelligence team to integrate insights into brand strategies and identify opportunities for scaled productization and process improvements.

Communications Research and Data Integration
  • Assess, acquire, and manage communications-related data sources from diverse platforms to streamline and drive actionable, data-informed business decisions.
  • Develop and manage reporting systems and dashboards to diagnose performance and identify opportunities for optimization.
  • Leverage automation, AI, and advanced analytics tools to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of communications intelligence systems.

Support Creative and Communications Optimization
  • Embed creative and communications trends, consumer insights, and competitive analysis into research and analytics deliverables.
  • Support the development and execution of creative testing and campaign diagnostics to optimize brand messaging and media investments.

Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Work closely with Human Insights, Marketing Performance, IMX, EPICS, Connections, and Categories across Global and OU Marketing associates to align communications intelligence deliverables with business objectives.
  • Contribute to the development of creative and communications enterprise intelligence protocols and knowledge sharing within the communications intelligence community and cross-network for greater data fluency and intelligence utilization.
  • Actively participate in the creative and communications intelligence community of practice, sharing insights and best practices to foster engagement and growth.

Qualifications & Requirements
Functional Skills
  • Communications Intelligence Expertise: Experience in developing and managing protocols and diagnostics for creative communications, consumer experiences, and brand campaigns.
  • Data Storytelling: Ability to communicate complex information and implications through clear, compelling narratives.
  • Advanced Analytics: Proficiency in AI, automation, and advanced analytics to enhance communications intelligence systems.
  • Research and Data Management: Experience in managing research protocols, data sources, and reporting systems to drive actionable insights.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Strong ability to work with cross-functional teams across marketing, media, consumer research, and analytics disciplines.
  • Quantitative Skills: Ability to analyze data to identify patterns, opportunities, and gaps, integrating insights across disparate data sources.

Experience
  • Minimum of 8+ years of work experience in marketing, media, consumer research, analytics, or related disciplines.
  • Prior experience in two or more of the following areas:
  • Managing/fielding consumer research
  • Data management
  • Analytics and reporting for driving business decisions
  • Media/advertising operations, planning, or analysis
  • Brand/product management
  • Experience using AI enabled data reporting/visualization tools.
  • Experience in a global role is preferred but not required.

Education
  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
