Minimum qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 8 years of experience in digital media, sales, marketing, or product roles.
  • Experience identifying and recommending solutions to support customer strategy, and working with leadership.
  • Experience managing advertising and marketing campaigns for customers.

Preferred qualifications:
  • Experience establishing and advancing priorities, balancing sometimes-engaging needs of Google Product Areas (PAs) and customers.
  • Strong ability to be a thought leader and creative/product expert for the Google and YouTube product and creative landscape.
  • Strong ability to influence c-level stakeholders with engaging objectives to address customer product needs and close agreements.
  • Expert collaborator, ability to be flexible, and exceptional communication skills.
  • Skilled at leading end-to-end responsibilities to drive client projects forward and increase product adoption.
  • Passion for video, YouTube, and driving results with experience providing creative/video/YouTube product and domain expertise.

Drive business growth by identifying and activating high-impact YouTube opportunities for Google's top US video clients, creative agencies, and partners. Collaborating with sellers and Creative Works peers, you will shape the future of advertising in the AI era and deliver meaningful impact for companies that trust Google with their most important goals.
In this role, you will manage top video customers within specific verticals, building strong relationships to deeply understand client goals. You will build and execute strategies that deliver exceptional business results via effective YouTube creative, managing multiple priorities and taking personal accountability for client and team success.
You will lead strategic conversations with executive and practitioner-level stakeholders to foster mutually beneficial partnerships. Additionally, you'll establish feedback loops with internal and external partners including the Creative AI ecosystem, to ensure clients build effectively for YouTube to maximize short and long-term ROI.

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with your Sales partners (ID/HOIAEs and Vertical Video Leads) to gather and distill business intelligence on the verticals to which you are assigned, and co-author and roll out a YouTube creative business strategy for your book of business.
  • Lead a high-performing creative team culture together with your peers to focus your collective efforts on opportunities with the greatest potential for the client and Google business impact.
  • Execute on the team mission and enable brands to fully leverage the incredible creative canvas that is YouTube.
