Position Summary:
Responsible for shaping and executing the company's holistic marketing vision to drive brand equity, customer acquisition, and revenue growth across all business lines. As the executive steward of brand strategy, positioning, and go-to-market (GTM) execution, the SVP leads multiple high-impact marketing organizations- including Brand, UI/UX design, Integrated Campaigns, Content and Creative. This role focuses on translating creative vision into inspiring and innovating creative concepts and digital initiatives.
This role sets the strategic direction for how the company shows up in the market, ensuring the brand is compelling, differentiated, and deeply rooted in customer insights. The SVP partners closely with executive leadership across all business channels to create unified GTM strategies and ensure marketing initiatives translate into measurable business impact. This leader drives an enterprise culture of disciplined marketing excellence, innovation, and continuous learning while elevating the organization's ability to compete, grow, and lead in the marketplace.
Responsibilities:
  • Provides executive leadership to all Brand & Product Marketing functions, setting long-term vision, strategic priorities, and enterprise marketing standards.
  • Builds, mentors, and scales high-performing leaders and multidisciplinary teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, accountability, and operational excellence.
  • Serves as a key member of the leadership team, influencing marketing strategy and aligning marketing investments with company growth priorities.
  • Champions organizational transformation, articulating a compelling vision of change, driving alignment across senior stakeholders, and resolving cross-functional conflicts; instills a culture of experimentation, execution, and data-driven decision-making to drive persistent competitive advantage.
  • Defines and stewards the company's brand architecture, value propositions, messaging frameworks, and customer narratives across all channels and business units.
  • Elevates the brand through consistent, insight-driven creative expression and storytelling that resonate with target audiences and differentiate the company in competitive markets.
  • Maintains deep fluency in market dynamics, competitive intelligence, customer trends, and industry benchmarks, while ensuring best-in-class marketing technology, content strategy, and design standards.
  • Sets the strategic vision for integrated, full-funnel marketing initiatives-designing and executing campaigns across digital, performance, brand, content, email, events, and partnerships that drive awareness, acquisition, conversion, and long-term retention.
  • Oversees operational workflows to ensure efficiency and alignment across marketing functions.
  • Oversees the development of messaging, segmentation, and value propositions that support both short-term revenue goals and long-term category leadership.
  • Drives cross-functional alignment between Marketing and all business channels to ensure frictionless product launch execution and consistent market performance.
  • Leads interaction design of the website and consumer-facing digital experiences.
  • Establishes enterprise KPIs for brand health and measures brand investment ROI.
  • Builds and maintains trusted relationships with internal executives, cross-functional leaders, strategic partners, agencies, and media outlets to amplify brand visibility and impact.
  • Drives executive communication strategies that reinforce brand narrative and market positioning.
  • Assesses emerging channels, technologies, and market shifts to keep the organization at the forefront of modern marketing.
  • Performs other duties and projects assigned.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field required.
  • Minimum of fifteen (15) + years of Marketing experience, including significant leadership of multi-disciplinary teams and enterprise level functions.
  • Consistent track record building, scaling, and developing large, diverse marketing organizations.
  • Exceptional communication, storytelling, executive influencing, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience in B2C, B2B, and/or talent marketing-preferably in technology-enabled or high-growth industries.
  • Strong strategic thinker with the ability to interpret market signals, anticipate trends, and translate insights into action.
  • Deep expertise in brand management, product marketing, customer acquisition, digital marketing, and marketing analytics.
  • Demonstrated leadership in complex, matrixed environments overseeing multiple teams and senior leaders.
  • Strong understanding of performance marketing and revenue-based KPIs.
  • Experience with Agile practices and project/work management tools such as Wrike, Monday.com, ServiceNow, Workfront or similar is a PLUS.
  • Experience in the Mortgage or FinTech industry preferred.
  • Travel 20% + of time required (if applicable).

Base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay for this role is between $216,000 and $325,000. Your base pay will depend on multiple individualized factors, including your job-related knowledge/skills, qualifications, experience, and market location.
