We provide our partners with access to resources including funding, thought leadership, a network of peers, and a playbook for applying proven principles to transform lives and society.
As an Associate Creative Producer, Event Production, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality live events, convenings, and activations that advance our priority initiatives. You will serve as a key connector across logistics, vendors, and production workflows, ensuring that event strategy translates into actionable plans and seamless execution.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, brings strong attention to detail, and enjoys working across teams to bring complex productions to life. You will partner closely with Lead Producers, Event Operations, and creative teams to ensure events are delivered with clarity, consistency, and precision.
How You Will Contribute

  • Translate event strategy and creative direction into actionable production plans, coordinating across multiple workstreams to ensure readiness
  • Build and manage detailed production deliverable and approval timelines, proactively tracking deadlines and surfacing risks early
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors (A/V, fabrication, designers, etc.) to ensure all elements are aligned and executed to plan
  • Develop and maintain production documentation, including activation decks, briefs and proposals, onsite build schedules, and leadership approval assets
  • Partner with Event Operations to support budget tracking, logistical planning, and execution alignment
  • Provide on-site production support and vendor oversight, owning real-time cross-vendor coordination and resolving issues quickly to ensure seamless delivery
  • Maintain clear and proactive communication across stakeholders, ensuring alignment on expectations, timelines, and next steps
  • Identify opportunities to improve workflows, documentation, and production processes to increase consistency and efficiency across events

What You Will Bring
  • Experience supporting creative production across live and hybrid events, conferences, and/or large-scale activations in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Experience coordinating across vendors, contractors, and internal teams to deliver complex projects
  • Ability to translate high-level direction into detailed, actionable plans
  • Strong attention to detail, with a focus on accuracy, timelines, and follow-through
  • Comfort operating in dynamic environments where priorities may shift and quick problem-solving is required
  • Clear and effective communication skills, with the ability to keep stakeholders aligned and informed
  • A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with a willingness to take ownership and follow through

What We Offer
  • Competitive benefits: Enjoy a 6% 401(k) match with immediate vesting, flexible time off, comprehensive health and dental plans, plus wellness and mental health support through Peloton and Talkspace.
  • A meaningful career: Join a passionate community of over 1,300 employees dedicated to improving lives and driving innovative solutions to complex social challenges.
  • Commitment to growth: Thrive in a non-hierarchical environment that empowers employees to discover, develop and apply their unique talents.
  • Competitive compensation: Our approach rewards the value you create through competitive salaries and bonus opportunities, allowing you to share in the success you help drive.

Our Values: Working for an organization within the Stand Together philanthropic community is different from many other places.
