About the Role:
1st Creative Learning Academy Inc. is looking for passionate and dedicated Pre-K Lead and Assistant Teachers to join our growing team in Lilburn, GA! This is an exciting opportunity to make a lasting impact on young learners during their most formative years in a nurturing and creative environment.
Responsibilities:
  • Plan and implement engaging, age-appropriate lesson plans aligned with Pre-K curriculum standards
  • Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment for early childhood learners
  • Monitor and assess student development, documenting progress and milestones
  • Communicate regularly with parents and guardians regarding student growth and classroom activities
  • Maintain classroom management while fostering social-emotional development
  • Collaborate with fellow teachers and staff to support school-wide learning goals
  • Ensure compliance with state childcare licensing regulations and safety standards
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or GED required; CDA, Associate's, or Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education preferred
  • Prior experience in a Pre-K, daycare, or early childhood education setting
  • Knowledge of Georgia Pre-K standards and early childhood development principles
  • Strong classroom management and communication skills
  • Warm, patient, and nurturing demeanor with a genuine love for working with young children
  • Ability to pass a background check and meet Georgia childcare licensing requirements
