About the Job
Creating Brighter Futures Global operates within the professional development sector, providing structured online learning programs and educational resources focused on leadership, communication, and personal effectiveness. We support adult learners through established systems, professional development resources, and ongoing training.
We are seeking an experienced professional to provide participant engagement and communication support as an independent contractor. This remote opportunity involves working within established systems and processes while managing assigned responsibilities independently.
Key Responsibilities
  • Engage with individuals who have requested information about our professional development programs, providing timely and professional responses using established communication processes.
  • Provide information about available professional development programs and respond to general enquiries using established communication guidelines.
  • Utilize CRM systems, video conferencing software, email, and digital tools to manage daily workflows and maintain accurate records.
  • Participate in ongoing product knowledge and professional development training.
  • Manage communication and administrative responsibilities independently within a structured, remote environment.

Skills & Experience Required
  • Experience: A minimum of 5 years of professional work experience (backgrounds in corporate training, administration, human resources, or client services align well).
  • Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a strong ability to build positive professional relationships.
  • Technical Proficiency: High level of comfort using digital communication platforms, CRM workflows, and online database systems.
