Job Overview:

As a Regional Sales & Marketing Coordinator for Maronda Homes, you'll support senior leadership with the cultivating of the Maronda Homes brand and effectively conveying its narrative. Be part of the team that helps create, suggest, execute, and deliver to Divisions tactical online creative (social media posts and advertising, SEM display creative, email marketing, landing/promotion pages, social media posts, website content) and offline creative (out-of-home, floorplans, flyers, signage, brochures), connecting house-hunting prospects with a new dream home! You'll work alongside our sales management and operations management and be a member of the Corporate Marketing Team to ensure local marketing and corporate marketing are aligned, current, compliant, and customer-friendly.

Duties & Responsibilities:

 Aid in executing corporate marketing strategy, resulting in consistent branding, messaging, and positioning.

 Work closely with the Operations/Sales/Marketing leadership team to contribute to defining the strategic objectives for marketing and build strong working relationships to deliver as a team.

 Execute corporate marketing and brand strategy, resulting in consistent branding, messaging, and positioning.

 Assist with market-wide programs helping drive traffic through marketing initiatives for grand openings, community previews, and other community sales events.

 Participate with the corporate team to suggest, execute, and deliver to Divisions tactical online creative (social media posts and advertising, SEM display creative, email marketing, landing/promotion pages, social media posts, website content) and offline creative (out-of-home, floorplans, flyers, signage, brochures)

 Assist the Digital Marketing Manager and Traditional Marketing Manager to grow the creative skillset (copywriting, design, new technologies)

 Assist the Digital and Traditional Marketing Manager to add additional marketing services.

 Join weekly calls in conjunction with OSC Managers and Corporate Marketing Administrator to report on deployed tactics (i.e., website analytics, email open rates, social media, market trends, traffic and sales) and the creative support they seek from the Regional Marketing Coordinator.

Review and assess division requests and determine resource requirements and timing. Manage expectations with division and meet target dates.

 Elevate relevant division requests and compliance issues to the Digital Marketing Manager and Traditional Marketing Manager; provide a weekly summary of input volume, categories, and business feedback from division clients

 Assist with the region rollout of a new enterprise software.

 Be the subject matter expert (SME) on corporate marketing campaigns.

 Assist Digital Marketing Manager on SEM tactical deployments on third-party platforms, search, display, native, hyperlocal, social, Google My Business, Google Analytics, vendor dashboards, and SEO

 Assist Traditional Marketing Manager to marketing and sales initiatives including project positioning, timelines, sales center, and model design/set up, advertising, signage, collateral design, etc.

 Coordinate with other departments on the creation and maintenance of marketing materials and community identity

 Assist the Digital Marketing Manager, maintain and create website presences on a division, community, and home-specific level

 Fact check and proof-read all marketing materials

 Coordinate sales center initiatives, signage and general upkeep of the sales centers to ensure marketing and sales tools are always in place

 Provide Support for New Community launches and liaison between Corporate Marketing and divisions to ensure process of New Community Launch Process

o Create marketing plans for opening new communities that build high quality lists of leads through organic and paid advertising.

o Write 1st draft of website copy, emails, scripts, surveys and photo captions. Writing needs to speak to the Target Customer Profile and incorporate SEO while maintaining the brand voice and enhancing the customer’s experience.

o Provide organic marketing plan for Sales Associates to execute locally and provide

messaging and feedback to Maronda Homes’ marketing partners.

o Review web traffic, leads, customer surveys and appointment feedback to suggest

adjustments based on data.

o Work closely with the Email Marketing Coordinator to ensure email marketing and social campaigns align with new communities and with Maronda Homes’ in-house/ external photographer/videographer to curate content for new communities.

o Conduct general market research to keep updated on marketing trends and competitor’s marketing strategies.

o Review budgets and provide feedback to allocate resources efficiently among projects.

 Ensure brand standards are maintained for the projects

 Assist the Digital Marketing Manager and Traditional Marketing Manager with daily administrative responsibilities, including invoice reconciliation

 Coordinate marketing events at sales centers and attend events as necessary

 Assist in training and marketing best practices or new tools/platforms

 Conduct and analyze market research to select appropriate products and develop advertising strategies for core market segments.

 Conduct general market research to keep abreast of trends and competitor’s marketing strategies

 Control budgets and allocate resources efficiently among projects.

 Regularly communicate with sales staff on sales and marketing goals

 Regularly attend In person Division Sales and Marketing meetings

Qualifications

Education and/or Experience

 Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or Business-Related Field.

 Minimum two-to-four years of related experience and /or training, would prefer 5+ years of experience in corporate marketing in homebuilding or business-related field

 Strong communication skills

 Attention to detail and creative thinking

 Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team

 Highly motivated self-starter

 Ability to manage multiple functions and roles concurrently

 Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written or oral form

 Proficiency with MS Office and Adobe Suite

 Ability to travel up to 50% overnight travel monthly.

Additional Preferred Qualifications

 Experience with Google Analytics, social media sites, and photography and video editing software a plus

 Knowledge of MLS and realtor sites such as BDX, Zillow and Realtor.com a plus

 Ability to work independently and as a part of a collaborative team.

 Demonstrates a professional approach to collaborate and strategize change within the divisions and Maronda Homes’ business partners.
