This position is responsible for managing the stop-loss premium and revenue payment processes, reconciliation, reporting, facilitating onboarding/renewal implementations for client groups, while serving as a liaison between internal departments, carriers, TPAs, and brokers.

โ€ข Manage banking-related transactions and records.

โ€ข Maintain financial logs ensuring financial information is accurately entered and tracked.

โ€ข Disburse money to Carrier, TPA, Broker, based on contract amount.

โ€ข Generate recurring and ad hoc reports using Excel.

โ€ข Notify payer of any discrepancies (under or overpayments).

โ€ข Send late payment notifications and coordinate payment resolution.

โ€ข Reconcile premium and revenue transactions.

โ€ข Onboard new groups into department systems.

โ€ข Serve as financial representative in implementation calls with groups, TPAs.

โ€ข Maintain professional and concise communication with all shareholders.

โ€ข Additional projects as assigned.

โ€ข Physical requirements include sitting, frequently speaking and hearing, and occasionally standing, walking, bending, crawling, kneeling and the ability to lift up to 25lbs.

Qualifications:

โ€ข HS Diploma or GED equivalent required.

โ€ข Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, specifically Excel, Word, and Outlook.

โ€ข Strong written and verbal communication skills.

โ€ข Solid experience working with numbers and financial data.

โ€ข Ability to read, comprehend, interpret, and analyze moderately complex job-related documents and financial records.

โ€ข Ability to multitask and complete tasks with absolute deadlines.

โ€ข Understanding of when issues should to be escalated to a higher level.

โ€ข Must be able to promote cooperation in a team environment.

โ€ข Financial operations, accounting support, or reconciliation experience is very helpful.
