Position Summary

The CRC Technician will support calibrated tool management for both external calibrations and in-house calibrations. They will maintain calibrated tool RFID cabinets in proper working order. In addition, they will support material handling operations within the Cleans and Repair Part operations. As such they will interact with Fab Engineering, Cleans and Repair Vendors, and other CRC personnel. They will utilize a parts management system for tracking and processing part transactions. The CRC Technician is expected to discover and implement continuous improvements to the operations, systems and business processes within the area.

Role and Responsibilities

Here's What You'll Be Responsible For:

  • Coordinatingandcollectingcalibrationtoolsacrossthesitethataredueorover-dueforcalibration.

  • Dispositioningcalibrationtoolsbysendingtoanexternalcalibrationvendor,orperformingin-housecalibrationwhereapplicable.

  • Troubleshooting:Identify,investigate,andresolveissueswithout-of-toleranceequipment.

  • Trackingstatusofcalibrationtoolsastheyprogressthroughtheirlifecycle.

  • Ensuringtracking,certificationsanddocumentationofcalibrationtoolsincludingRFIDlabelingoftools

  • PerformbasicmaintenanceonRFIDcabinetsandescalatetovendorformorecomplexrepairs

  • Maintainin-housecertificationsfunctionsrelatedtoTorque,BubbleLevel,Multi-Meter,Scales,Calipers,etc.

  • MaintainStandardOperatingProcedures(SOP)andprovidePeerTraining

  • Trackandmonitorsystem(s)forin-comingpartsfromSpareParts.

The current base salary range for this role is between $20.50 - $29.00/hour. Individual base pay rates will depend on factors including duties, work location, education, skills, qualifications and experience. Total compensation for this position will include a competitive benefits package and may include participation in company incentive compensation programs, which are based on factors to include organizational and individual performance.
