Job SummaryThe Crew Lead is responsible for leading field crews while actively participating in the work. This role oversees daily operations on job sites, ensures projects are completed safely and efficiently, maintains quality standards, and communicates progress with the Operations Manager.
The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who can motivate a crew, solve problems in the field, and consistently deliver exceptional results.
ResponsibilitiesWhat You'll Do

  •  Lead and supervise daily field operations on multiple job sites 
  •  Operate and train crew members on line striping machines, sealcoating equipment, crack filling equipment, pressure washers, grinders, and other specialized equipment 
  •  Plan daily production to maximize efficiency and meet project deadlines 
  •  Ensure all work meets EverLine quality standards 
  •  Conduct daily safety briefings and maintain a safe job site 
  •  Delegate work effectively while maintaining productivity 
  •  Communicate project progress, material needs, and job updates to the Operations Manager 
  •  Read site plans and accurately perform parking lot layouts and pavement markings 
  •  Perform quality inspections before project completion 
  •  Troubleshoot equipment issues and coordinate repairs when necessary 
  •  Maintain vehicles, trailers, and equipment in clean working condition 
  •  Load and unload materials and equipment 
  •  Interact professionally with customers on-site 
  •  Complete daily paperwork, production reports, and job documentation 
  •  Assist with training and mentoring new technicians 
  •  Perform line striping, crack filling, sealcoating, asphalt repairs, epoxy flooring, pressure washing, and other pavement maintenance services as needed 
QualificationsWhat You Bring

  •  Minimum 2–3 years of experience in pavement maintenance, line striping, asphalt maintenance, or a related construction field 
  •  Previous experience leading crews or supervising field operations 
  •  Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (CDL is a plus) 
  •  Ability to safely tow trailers and operate commercial equipment 
  •  Experience operating airless striping machines, sealcoat systems, crack fill melters, and related equipment 
  •  Strong leadership and communication skills 
  •  Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities 
  •  Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality 
  •  Ability to work independently with minimal supervision 
  •  Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions 
  •  Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and perform physically demanding work 
  •  Willingness to work occasional evenings, weekends, and overtime during peak season 
  •  OSHA certification or other safety training is a plus
