Community Psychiatric Supports & Treatment (CPST) Services

CPST services are goal-directed supports and solution-focused interventions intended to address challenges associated with a behavioral health need and to achieve identified goals or objectives as set forth in the child’s treatment plan.

Education and Experience Requirements:

  • Minimum of a Bachelor's degree
  • 2 years’ experience in mental health addiction or foster care.

Requirements, Abilities and Working Conditions 

  • Availability to work as needed
  • Valid and Current New York State Driver License
  • Willingness to respond to the needs of a culturally diverse population
  • Ability to manage time and workload effectively.
  • Problem solving skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively, orally and in writing
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds

Compensation: $20 an hour during training then $50 an hour
