Community Psychiatric Support and Treatment (CPST) is a rehabilitative, community-based service designed to help adults with mental health challenges achieve greater independence, emotional stability, and improved quality of life. Services are person-centered and take place in the client’s home or community—not in an office setting.

  • Coordinate with therapists, case managers, and other providers
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with Medicaid standards
  • Respond to crises and ensure connection to emergency or stabilization services if needed
