Job description

Thrive By 5 is a pediatric therapy agency providing services to children birth-5 years old. We are seeking Occupational Therapists to provide Early Intervention and CPSE evaluations throughout Onondaga County. We take great pride in the work we do and have a strong reputation in the field.

Essential duties and responsibilities:

The essential duties and responsibilities are not limited to the following:

  • Perform evaluatons utilizing DOH approved, age appropriate, testing tools to evaluate infants/toddlers who have been referred to the Early Intervention program for intial and supplemental evals and CPSE re-evals. Test kits provided by agency.
  • Provide a written report and other documentation required within county deadlines.
  • Collaborate with other evaluators to support the multi-disciplinary evaluation process

Qualifications:

  • Masters degree in Occupational Therapy
  • NYS License in Occupational Therapy required
  • Must demonstrate excellent written, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Must be able to collaborate with the clinical team and all related service providers
