Job description

A leading signage solutions provider is seeking a motivated Signage Sales Consultant to join our growing team in Charlotte, NC.

This role is ideal for a driven sales professional who enjoys building relationships, developing new business opportunities, and helping clients bring projects to life through custom signage and visual solutions. You'll work closely with businesses, contractors, architects, and project stakeholders to identify opportunities and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Whether you're coming from signage, architectural products, construction-related sales, or a business development background, this is an opportunity to build a rewarding career with strong earning potential. Uncapped Commission!!!!

What You'll Do

  • Generate new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, referrals, and relationship development
  • Manage client relationships from initial contact through project completion
  • Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate signage solutions
  • Prepare proposals, quotes, and presentations
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project execution
  • Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and meet or exceed sales goals
  • Track customer activity and opportunities using CRM tools
  • Represent the company professionally within the local business community
