About the Role

Liquid I.V. is looking for a Project Coordinator -Part Time (6-month contract) to join our team. This position will report into the Project Manager, PMO as part of the Strategy & Operational Excellence team. They will primarily work in collaboration with multiple departments to support the development and delivery of packaging artwork. The role will also support Project Managers with the running of Business & Innovation projects throughout the lifecycle.  

Work Schedule:  Monday-Friday (approximately 20 hours per week) 

  • Work hours are flexible within the general availability window of 9:00 a.m.-6:00 p.m. PST based on the candidate's schedule and business needs

Essential Functions & Duties

Functions and duties of this role include, but not limited to:

  • Management of packaging artwork through the initiation and approval process
  • Work closely with all stakeholders involved in the artwork process to ensure quality delivery within required timeframes 
  • Communicate overall status of artwork changes to ensure visibility via progress reports
  • Identify any potential risk to artwork delivery and escalate to Project Manager accordingly with initial views on resolution.
  • Identify process improvement opportunities for artwork management and escalate to Project Manager accordingly for alignment. Manage updating of existing process documentation.
  • Manage, record progress and document specific tasks and processes within the Business & Innovation cross functional project lifecycle to support the project manager.
  • Supports Project Manager on Business & Innovation delivery with preparing project correspondence including agendas, presentations and meeting note taking.

Qualifications

The successful candidate will have the following qualifications:

  • Some experience as a Project Administrator or Coordinator Role; experience in CPG/FMCG/manufacturing preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in business or another relevant field
  • Good interpersonal skills capable of maintaining relationships internally and externally. Maintains environment of trust.
  • Organizational and multi-tasking skills. Ability to follow decision and priority calls.
  • Beginner analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Documentation management and awareness of project management tools
  • Attention to detail
  • Time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines for assigned tasks
  • Skilled with Microsoft Office.
  • Knowledge of Wrike or other Project Management Tool is a plus

Work Environment

Work Environment:

  • This role is HYBRID office environment (El Segundo) with flexibility for industry events. Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

The compensation band for this position is $30-$35 per hour. The exact hourly rate is determined by various factors including experience, skills, education, geographic location, internal company equity, and budget. The listed range is applicable only to the hourly rate and does not include additional perks or benefits. This position is not bonus eligible.
