Job description

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Support Specialist to join a growing dietary supplement manufacturing company. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a long-term career in account management, customer relations, and sales support.

Monday – Friday | 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
Salary: $50,000 – $55,000 per year

Responsibilities

  • Support Account Executives with customer accounts and daily operations
  • Process purchase orders and customer documentation
  • Track orders, prepare reports, and maintain account records
  • Coordinate with Production, Planning, Purchasing, QA, Packaging, and Logistics
  • Monitor open orders and follow up to ensure timely completion
  • Prepare quotes, spreadsheets, presentations, and customer documentation
  • Participate in customer meetings and account management activities
  • Collaborate with the Marketing team on presentations and sales materials
  • Provide administrative and operational support to the sales department
  • Learn internal processes and develop into a full Account Executive role

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree preferred (or equivalent experience)
  • 2–3 years of experience in customer service, sales support, account coordination, project coordination, or administrative support
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Outlook and Excel
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Manufacturing, dietary supplement, or CPG experience is a plus
