What You'll Handle
The Sales Administrator-CPG/Foodservice supports CPG and Foodservice customers by keeping orders accurate and moving from entry through delivery. The role exists to protect service levels, pricing accuracy, and customer satisfaction while partnering closely with Sales, Demand, and Logistics.
Key responsibilities include order entry and follow-through; reviewing inventory; monitoring promotional allowances and pricing; responding to customer questions; processing complaints and documenting resolution; and coordinating with internal teams, brokers, and customer portals.
Required qualifications/skills:
  • Associate's degree and/or 3+ years in customer service, order management, sales support, or related work
  • Strong written and verbal communication; professional, accurate documentation
  • Solid math skills for invoices, pricing, payments, and inventory
  • Proficient in Outlook, Word, and Excel; comfortable with databases
  • Preferred: EDI/customer portals, ERP experience, and Lean tools

You start between 7-4 or 8-5, check messages, and confirm what needs attention first. The morning is steady: you update order details, track where shipments are, and make sure pricing and promo details line up. Later, you follow up on open issues and close the loop with the right internal contacts so nothing stalls. The day ends with a clear handoff list for what's next.

Pay Information
Salary Range: $22.74 to $31.82/hr.
Target Starting Range: $22.74 to $24.04/hr.
This range reflects the full pay scale for all roles within this position's grade. The actual salary offer will consider various factors, such as experience and, if applicable, location. Tree Top provides a bi-weekly payroll. This position is eligible for yearly incentive based on company performance.
