Overview

Are you looking for an opportunity to join a high growth team?

Belardi Wong is a data-driven, integrated marketing and creative solutions firm, relentlessly focused on driving revenue, profit and customer growth for more than 300 leading DTC brands and retailers across the country. At Belardi Wong, our goal is to provide thought leadership and to inspire confidence with our clients throughout all levels of the team organization.

We're looking for a high-energy, results-oriented Sales Hunter to grow our outbound sales efforts. In this Senior Account Executive level position, you will own the full business development lifecycle - targeting and securing new clients, building strategic relationships at the C-level, and positioning our agency as a critical growth partner.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, leads with customer and category insight, and is motivated by closing high-impact deals.

Responsibilities

A Senior Account Executive's responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

New Business Development

  • Own the full sales cycle: prospecting, first conversation, discovery, peer-benchmarked diagnostic, strategy deck, proposal, and close.
  • Build and manage a healthy pipeline of premium consumer brands across DTC, omnichannel, wholesale-building, and emerging segments.
  • Lead calls with confidence on business model, product, customer, and marketing mix. Bring a working point of view into every first meeting.
  • Partner with strategy and analytics leads to convert access into a written review and a sharp set of recommendations tailored to where the prospect needs to grow.
  • Co-author proposals that align BW's strategy, planning, analytics, and execution to the client's commercial priorities.

Industry Presence and Network

  • Develop and maintain a strong network across eCommerce, retail, DTC, and CPG ecosystems to generate introductions and referrals.
  • Represent Belardi Wong at industry events, conferences, partner summits, and small-format client roundtables.
  • Stay informed on the trends shaping our clients' business: platform shifts, measurement and attribution, signal loss, AI, retail dynamics, and emerging tools.

 Strategy and Internal Collaboration

  • Collaborate with marketing and leadership to refine go-to-market strategies.
  • Identify market opportunities and inform service or positioning innovations.
  • Help build the tools, processes, and systems that will scale business development efforts.
Qualifications

In addition, our "ideal candidate" has the following skills & experience:

  • 2-5 years of full-cycle business development success at a digital agency, consultancy, or martech company serving consumer brands.
  • A consistent track record of closing $1M+ in new business annually.
  • Fluent in paid search and social, programmatic, CRM, attribution, and measurement.
  • Self-starter with a true "hunter" mentality-driven, strategic, and results-oriented.
  • Exceptional presentation, writing, and listening. Proficient with CRM systems
