Job description

The Center for Industrial Training (CIT) is CPARC's vocational training program. CIT is a human service community-based program whose primary mission is to provide lucrative training and employment opportunities to individuals with disabilities.

CIT is hiring a full time Industry Integrated Supervisor to work at Messiah College in Mechanicsburg. Responsibilities include the supervision of the vocational rehabilitation and training of individuals with special needs receiving employment skills training in an integrated work setting. Pay starts at $15.83 per hour. Hours are Monday- Thursday 7:30am to 3:30pm

A High School diploma is required. A Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in industry is preferred. Additional training and/or experience in vocational rehabilitation with individuals with special needs are helpful. Must possess and maintain a current, valid PA driver's license.
