Job description

The Arc of Cumberland & Perry Counties (CPARC) is seeking a Rotating Industry Integrated Supervisor to support individuals in vocational rehabilitation and training. This position provides supervision, coaching, and job training in integrated community work settings to help participants succeed and grow in their employment opportunities. **This is a part time position with flexible hours**

Rotating Supervisor Duties

  • Supervise and support individuals with special needs in vocational training at assigned host sites.

  • Follow and enforce CPARC/CIT and host site policies and procedures.

  • Serve as a professional representative of CPARC, maintaining appropriate work attire and conduct.

  • Work on-site with trainees during scheduled shifts, adapting to site demands and routines.

  • Consult daily with site managers to assess assignments, schedules, and needs.

  • Train, supervise, and support trainees using individualized training methods and coping strategies.

  • Monitor and document participant performance, progress, and attendance.

  • Maintain all required records, reports, and off-site manuals.

Qualifications:

Must be 18 years old. High School Diploma or GED required. Additional training and/or experience in vocational rehabilitation with individuals with special needs helpful. Must be capable of bending and twisting at the waist, kneeling, and bending at the knees. Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds. Must be able to climb and descent stairs and stepladders. Must be able to reach overhead and stretch, push, and pull equipment. Must possess and maintain a current driver's license.
