THIS IS A 100% REMOTE POSITIONย 

Location: Remote (U.S. based)
Organization: DrLullaby
Compensation:

  • Clinical sessions: $50 per patient session
  • Intake coordination: $18/hour (weeks meeting KPI targets), $15/hour (weeks below KPI targets)
    Employment Type: Independent Contractor (1099)
    Schedule: ~7โ€“9 hours/day (split between clinical care and intake coordination)

Role Overview

This hybrid role is ideal for a recent doctoral graduate seeking postdoctoral training in Behavioral Sleep Medicine while gaining hands-on experience in patient engagement and operational workflows. Youโ€™ll split your time between direct patient care and intake coordination, helping patients begin their sleep journey with enthusiasm and efficiency.

This is a performance-driven opportunity with clear expectations and measurable goals. The role begins as a 1099 independent contractor, with potential for growth and expanded responsibilities after consistently meeting performance benchmarks over the first few months.

Clinical Responsibilities (Approx. 3โ€“4 hours/day)

  • Deliver CBT-I and behavioral sleep interventions via telehealth
  • Participate in supervision and didactic training aligned with SBSM standards
  • Maintain documentation and contribute to clinical quality improvement
  • Learn CPAP acclimation strategies and behavioral protocols

Intake Coordination Responsibilities (Approx. 4โ€“5 hours/day)

  • Conduct outreach calls to prospective patients with warmth and clarity
  • Guide patients through scheduling and onboarding with enthusiasm
  • Meet weekly KPIs for outreach volume and conversion rates
  • Collaborate with the operations team to optimize workflows and patient experience
