Job description

We are seeking an experienced Certified Public Accountant (CPA) to join our team on-site in Neenah, WI. In this role, you will lead tax preparation and filing, conduct internal auditing, maintain strict regulatory compliance, and deliver strategic financial reporting and analysis for our clients. As a key client advisor, you will collaborate closely with businesses and individuals to provide tailored accounting solutions while supporting our internal team’s commitment to financial accuracy.


Key Responsibilities

  • Tax Preparation & Compliance: Prepare, review, and file accurate federal and state tax returns for individuals and businesses while ensuring full compliance with relevant tax regulations.
  • Financial Reporting & Analysis: Perform comprehensive financial data analysis and prepare balance sheets, income statements, and management reports to guide strategic financial decision-making.
  • Auditing & Assurance: Execute audits, review accounting principles, and evaluate internal controls to ensure strict adherence to financial and regulatory standards.
  • Client Advisory: Partner with clients to offer personalized financial advice, tax strategy, and proactive solutions that drive growth and financial health.
  • Accounting Software & Systems: Utilize modern accounting software and financial systems to streamline reporting, data management, and client communication.
  • Team & Client Collaboration: Maintain transparent, effective communication with clients and internal accounting teams to safeguard data accuracy and client confidentiality.


Qualifications & Skills

  • License: Active Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license (Required).
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Experience: 3+ years in public accounting, tax preparation, or auditing preferred.
  • Technical Expertise: In-depth knowledge of GAAP accounting principles, auditing standards, tax regulations, and accounting software.
