HomeDrive Assurance is a fast-growing leader in the Vehicle & Home Service Contract industry. We help drivers and home owners protect themselves from unexpected repair costs with dependable coverage and a commitment to delivering a great customer experience.

We’re adding strong, motivated Sales Closers who excel in a true one-call close environment. If you can build rapport fast, handle objections with confidence, and close decisively, this role is for you. Top performers in this role have the potential to earn between $5,000 and $8,000 per week, depending on individual performance and results. The average agent will earn between $2,000 and $3,000 per week, paid weekly and without retroactive clawbacks.

Responsibilities:

  • Take inbound calls with warm leads 
  • Deliver a high-impact pitch and close the sale during the first call 
  • Educate customers on their Service Contract options 
  • Manage your follow-ups and daily activity in our CRM 
  • Hit and exceed individual and team sales targets 

Qualifications

  • Previous sales experience is preferred but not necessary – Greater preference for those that have worked in one-call close roles (auto, direct energy, home services, insurance, SEO etc.)
  • Confident, persuasive communicator with strong phone presence
  • Competitive, self-motivated, and focused on results
  • Able to build trust and close in a one-call environment
  • Coachable and open to feedback
