Job Description:

Covenant Ability Network of Minnesota (CANMN) is currently hiring full-time Direct Support Professionals to provide services to clients in the White Bear Lakes, MN area!


Job Responsibilities
  • Support individuals with daily living activities including personal care, household tasks, and meal preparation

  • Assist with budgeting, medication administration, and goal achievement

  • Transport and accompany individuals to community outings, recreational events, and faith-based activities (company vehicles provided)

  • Ensure a safe, supportive environment while implementing behavior support strategies

  • Foster independence, self-esteem, and community inclusion in all activities


Qualifications

Required:

  • High school diploma or GED

  • Valid driverโ€™s license

  • Ability to pass a Department of Human Services (DHS) background check

Preferred:

  • Experience supporting individuals with behavioral needs (not required โ€“ training provided)

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills

  • Passion for helping others and making a positive impact!


Compensation

Level lIย DSP:

  • Weekday Rate:ย $20.00/hour

  • Weekend Rate:ย $21.00/hour


Shifts Available

Weekdays Monday-Friday: 2:00 PM โ€“ 10:00 PM
