Job description

We are currently looking for a Part Time 29 Front Desk Clerk to join our Lazer Zone Front Desk Unit 1 team located at the Lazer Zone Family Fun Center.
Summary:
Maintains the operation of the front desk area to provide support for all areas of the facility, including but not limited to: Bowling, Arcade, Lazer Tag, Mini-Golf, Batting Cages, Redemption Counter, Concession, and Toddler Zone, hosting parties, etc.
Responsibilities:
* Provides information and guidance to customers about products, services, entertainment, games or other recreational offerings
* Provides first class customer service to both internal and external customers and responds to inquiries, compliments, and/or complaints with professionalism, courtesy, and efficiency
* Completes all training and development requirements and participates in continuing education opportunities
* Works in a collaborative and supportive manner to support the productivity and safety of the work area, team members and customers of all types
- Maintains a clean, organized work area and ensures a safe environment
- Maintains and promotes professionalism
- Punctual and consistent in meeting start time, work schedule, attendance and other assigned work time metrics
- Adheres to Chickasaw Nation dress code standards
* Maintains knowledge of and follows all rules, regulations, policies and guidelines for assigned area
* Operates point-of-sale terminal to tally customer purchases and ensure accurate payment is received

- Processes discounts, refunds, exchanges, coupons accurately
- Balances register/terminal and completes reports for receipts, cash balance
- May perform minor trouble shooting of POS
- Maintains accurate cash count and assume responsibility for any shortages at end of shift
- May be responsible to confirm POS pricing updates
* Organizes and cleans assigned area(s)
* Issue, sanitize and organize bowling shoes in addition to assigning bowling lanes and bumpers to customers by request
* Schedules time slot, issues color coded wristbands, instructs/educates customers on safety rules and distributes lazer vest and guns to players before the game
* Check entertainment area to ensure all equipment is returned. Return equipment for proper storage and report equipment condition as needed
* May support party host by coordinating event supplies, gathering drinks, ice cream, and party bags for children's' birthdays or scheduled events as assigned by management during the day to accommodate facility needs.
