Job description

Technical Quality Assurance Specialists Summary
C² Technologies, Inc. is seeking Technical Quality Assurance (QA) Specialists to perform testing, validation, and quality reviews of instructional products, online training modules, and digital content developed for the DCSA IDD mission. QA Specialists ensure that courseware meets technical, functional, accessibility, and usability standards before delivery to learners, contributing to the reliability, accuracy, and compliance of final products.
Responsibilities
• Evaluate SCORM‑compliant training products for functionality, tracking accuracy, and technical integrity.
• Conduct systematic quality reviews of eLearning, ILT support materials, and blended‑learning components.
• Test for accessibility and Section 508 compliance using industry‑standard tools and checklists.
• Document defects, inconsistencies, and errors; collaborate with ISDs, developers, and content teams to resolve issues.
• Validate navigation, interactions, media playback, assessments, and LMS‑related behaviors.
• Assist with regression testing and version‑control tracking.
• Ensure all deliverables meet established quality standards, formatting guidelines, and client requirements.
Education
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
Experience – Required
• Current Secret clearance.
• Minimum three (3) years of experience conducting quality assurance testing for digital learning products.
• Experience testing SCORM‑compliant content in LMS environments.
• Experience using accessibility and validation tools to ensure Section 508 compliance.
Experience – Preferred
• Trusted Tester certification or equivalent accessibility testing qualification.
• Experience supporting DoD or federal courseware QA efforts.
• Experience applying structured QA processes, workflows, and documentation standards.
Tools amp; Software
• SCORM testing tools.
• Accessibility tools such as ANDI, JAWS, WAVE, or other validation utilities.
• LMS platforms for testing and reporting.
• Document and version‑control systems.
Knowledge amp; Skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify defects and inconsistencies.
• Understanding of accessibility, usability, and Section 508 requirements for instructional products.
• Ability to apply structured QA methodologies and communicate issues clearly to development teams.
• Strong organizational, documentation, and collaboration skills.
