• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to accurately diagnose emotional and behavioral disorders in clients, ensuring an individualized approach to care.
• Develop, implement, and regularly revise comprehensive treatment plans tailored to each client's unique needs and therapeutic goals.
• Provide high-quality individual, couple, and group counseling sessions, utilizing evidence-based practices and modalities.
• Teach clients essential coping mechanisms and self-care techniques that empower them to manage their mental health independently.
• Monitor and evaluate client progress throughout the counseling process, adjusting treatment strategies as necessary to achieve optimal outcomes.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists and social workers, to coordinate holistic care for clients.
• Maintain meticulous and confidential records of client treatment, ensuring compliance with all legal and ethical standards.

You will be working with a diverse clientele, ranging from individuals seeking help for anxiety and depression to couples navigating relationship challenges. • A Master’s degree in counseling or a closely related field is required.
