Work Environment

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to identify emotional and behavioral disorders.
• Develop and customize evidence-based treatment plans that align with each client’s unique needs and therapeutic goals.
• Facilitate individual, couple, and group counseling sessions, utilizing various therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness techniques, and solution-focused approaches.
• Teach clients practical coping strategies and self-care techniques to enhance their emotional resilience.
• Continuously monitor and evaluate client progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed to ensure effective outcomes.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists, social workers, and primary care physicians, to coordinate comprehensive care for clients.
• Maintain accurate, confidential, and organized documentation of client interactions and treatment progress in compliance with legal and ethical standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will work with a diverse array of clients, including adolescents and adults facing mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, and relationship issues. Qualifications

• Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.
• Current state licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Arizona.
• Proven experience in providing individual and group counseling.

• Empathetic and non-judgmental attitude towards clients, fostering a supportive therapeutic relationship.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Flexibility to accommodate varying client schedules, including evenings and weekends as needed.

Preferred Experience

• Experience working with clients from diverse cultural backgrounds and varying socio-economic statuses.
• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and electronic health record (EHR) systems.
• Background in specific therapeutic modalities, such as trauma-informed care, shall be considered an asset.

Compensation and Benefits

The competitive salary range for this position is USD 70,000 to 90,000 annually, commensurate with experience and caseload.
