Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct individual, group, and family therapy sessions to clients facing various mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, substance abuse, and relationship difficulties.
  • Perform comprehensive diagnostic assessments to inform treatment planning, ensuring that clients’ specific needs and goals are addressed.
  • Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans, adjusting strategies as necessary based on ongoing client feedback and progress.
  • Work collaboratively with an interdisciplinary team of psychiatrists, social workers, and educators to deliver holistic care tailored to the individual.
  • Maintain meticulous and confidential electronic health records while ensuring compliance with ethical and legal standards.
  • Provide crisis intervention and risk assessments, ensuring client safety and making necessary referrals to additional services when required.
  • Participate in regular clinical supervision and professional education to keep abreast of best practices and to maintain licensure.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications
  • A Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.

Preferred Experience

  • Previous involvement in program development and implementation within a mental health setting.
