In our fully remote work setting, you will leverage telehealth technology to connect with clients. Our platform enables you to conduct virtual sessions from the comfort of your home while maintaining a professional atmosphere that prioritizes client confidentiality and trust. Expected work hours are Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with some flexibility required to accommodate client needs. Your role as a Mental Health Therapist will involve a variety of responsibilities including:

• Conducting thorough mental health assessments to accurately identify clients’ needs and develop personalized treatment plans.
• Implementing evidence-based interventions such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Therapy, tailored to individual, couple, and family dynamics.
• Facilitating psychoeducational and support groups to foster community insights among clients facing similar challenges.
• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team encompassing psychiatrists, psychologists, and other professionals to ensure the orchestration of holistic patient care.
• Providing crisis intervention services and support to individuals experiencing mental health emergencies.
• Educating clients about their mental health conditions, available treatment options, and community resources.
• Maintaining compliant documentation in line with legal and ethical standards while using electronic health record (EHR) systems for streamlined record-keeping.
• Actively participating in team meetings, case consultations, and professional development activities to enhance your clinical skills and knowledge.

Your expertise will cater to a diverse patient population, including individuals, couples, and families from various cultural backgrounds who seek assistance with mental health disorders. To thrive in this role, prospective applicants must meet the following qualifications:

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from a regionally accredited institution.
• A current and valid license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Arizona.
• In-depth knowledge of mental health disorders and familiarity with various evidence-based treatment modalities.
• Proven experience in conducting mental health assessments and crafting individualized, impactful treatment plans.
• The ability to provide both individual and group therapy with sensitivity to the unique backgrounds and needs of clients.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build rapport with clients and collaborate effectively with other team members.
• Sound judgment, adhering to professional boundaries and ethical guidelines.
• Proficiency in EHR systems and relevant computer applications.

While a minimum of two years of relevant experience is required, candidates with a broader background in various therapeutic settings or specialized training in contemporary therapies will be highly regarded.
