Boys & Girls Clubs of Larimer County (BGCLC) is a place for kids to laugh, a place to learn, a place to grow and a place to belong. We are looking for an energetic, fun-loving, adaptable youth-focused individual to help foster a fun, safe, and positive summer experience for youth in Larimer County.


In this position, you will:

  • Lead school-aged youth in different activities such as academic enrichment, recreation, technology, sports, and the arts.
  • Ensure the physical, social, and emotional safety for all Club Members.
  • Act as a role model and mentor for youth ages 5 - 18 (ages vary based on the Club location).

You must be willing to:

  • Have fun, laugh & be silly!
  • Be present and engage with Club Members.
  • Be a role model for Club Members.
This is a seasonal, non-exempt, part-time position with a pay rate of $19/hour. End date of July 31st 2026.
A return bonus of $150 is available for eligible staff who meet return requirements including completion of a full summer program or 6 months of school-year employment within the last 3 years. Requirements:

Education

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.


Specialized Skills

  • Bilingual Spanish speaking is preferred.
  • Ability to motivate youth and manage behavior issues.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality, secure personal information and comply with mandated reporting requirements.
  • Candidates must be able to pass a criminal/driving records investigation and reference checks.
