Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team at the Morgan County Jail in Alabama. This full-time night shift opportunity offers the chance to practice autonomous nursing, build strong clinical skills, and provide essential healthcare to an underserved patient population in a secure correctional environment.

What You'll DoAs a Night Shift RN, you will play a critical role in delivering quality patient care and ensuring continuity of services throughout the facility. Responsibilities include:
- Performing nursing assessments and triage
- Administering medications and treatments
- Responding to urgent and emergent medical situations
- Monitoring chronic health conditions
- Collaborating with providers and interdisciplinary healthcare staff
- Maintaining accurate documentation and medical records
- Educating patients on health conditions and treatment plans
- Supporting a safe and professional healthcare environment
What We're Looking For - Active Alabama Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Current CPR certification
- Strong assessment and critical thinking skills
- Ability to work independently and confidently
- Excellent communication and documentation abilities
- Correctional, emergency, medical-surgical, or behavioral health experience is helpful but not required
