Our pits are 100% wood fired with oak, a slower burning wood as opposed to mesquite. At Rudy's, you can order as much or as little as you want, satisfying the individual or the largest group. The friendly atmosphere and delicious food makes Rudy's one of the best places to get yourself some Real Texas Bar-B-Q.
Responsibilities:
