As the Sous Chef, you are the heartbeat of our kitchen. You’ll oversee daily operations, ensuring every plate that leaves the kitchen meets our high standards for quality, presentation, and consistency. Acting as a bridge between the kitchen and wait staff, your leadership and communication skills will keep our team coordinated, motivated, and inspired.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Train and develop our kitchen staff, fostering skill, consistency, and passion.

  • Commitment to excellence, creativity, and a positive outlook.
  • Bilingual skills a plus; proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Google Applications.
