Hotel General Manager – Country Inn & Suites by Radisson (Dunn, NC)

We are seeking a hands-on General Manager to lead our Country Inn & Suites by Radisson in Dunn, NC. The GM will oversee all hotel operations, manage a team of 10–14 staff, and ensure strong performance in guest satisfaction, revenue, and brand standards.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead daily hotel operations and guest service excellence.
  • Drive revenue growth through sales and marketing efforts.
  • Recruit, train, and develop staff to maintain a high-performing team.
  • Oversee financial reporting, accounts receivable, and cost controls.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, brand, and quality standards.

What We’re Looking For

  • 3+ years hotel management experience preferred.
