What You'll Do
  • Provide compassionate personal care: bathing, grooming, toileting, dressing, and mobility assistance.
  • Support mealtime, hydration, and feeding as needed with attention to preferences.
  • Take and record vitals, weight, and observations; report changes to nursing staff.
  • Assist with transfers, ambulation, range-of-motion, and safe use of mobility devices.
  • Keep living spaces tidy, cook delicious meals, help with laundry, and promote a home-like environment.
  • Participate in activities and meaningful engagement tailored to each resident.
  • Communicate clearly with team, document care accurately, and follow infection-control standards.
What We're Looking For
  • Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) with current state certification.
  • Compassionate, patient, upbeat attitude-great with elders and families.
  • Team player who enjoys small-team collaboration and flexible tasks.
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to assist with light lifting/physical tasks.
  • Prior long-term care or memory-care experience a plus but not required.
