This role involves daily tasks related to Fresh Mozzarella production and Packaging operational transactions. The Relief/Training Supervisor is responsible for ensuring that all Fresh Mozzarella employees are thoroughly trained and retrained to adhere to standard processes, operations, and practices. Additionally, the role includes maintaining organized training documentation to ensure the sustainability of employee knowledge and skillsFrom your EXPERTISE to oursKey responsibilities for this position include: Assists the department manager to enhance the technical and financial performance of the department. Directs adjustments of the manufacturing processes to maintain conformance with Standards, specifications, and customer requirements. Responsible for maintaining all GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and all regulatory requirements. Responsible for a variety of reports to include, but not limited to, production volume, yields, quality, productivity, and efficiency. Confer with other supervisors to coordinate activities of individual departments. Schedule staff and estimate work hour requirements for completion of daily job assignments. Responsible for the review and approval of time records of all staff assigned. Will be required to explain variances in hours worked, productivity and any other functions. Work with all departments to ensure proper adherence to GMP< GSP, FSSC practices, QC Policies, and procedures as well as proper maintenance of equipment. Collects and provides any data necessary for budget creation or implementation. Cooperates with other management in establishing and communicating company policies, operating procedures, and goals.
