What You'll Do
As a front office team member, you'll play an essential role in delivering exceptional patient
care while supporting our doctors and team in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Responsibilities to include:
• Managing a multi-line phone system
• Preparing route slips daily
• Confirmation Calls
• Light* Insurance Verification (We use a 3rd party system)
• Overall schedule management
• Review Balances/Credits & Collect payments if necessary
• Email management and patient follow up
What you'll Bring:
• Excellent communication and patient care skills
• 1 + Years of Dental Front Office Experience
• Experience in customer service or hospitality is welcome
• High School Diploma
Office Hours:
Monday-Thursday: 6:45 AM - 3:00 PM
Every other Friday: 6:45 AM - 12:00 PM
