As aProgram Cost Control Analyst - Level3 (Principal) or Level 4 (Senior Principal), your role atDulles,VA will be pivotal in supporting missions critical to national and global security. Our Program Cost Control Analyst will help prepare budgets and schedules for contract work andassistsin financial analyses such as funding profiles, sales outlooks, cashforecastingand variance analysis. You will also work to ensure adequate funding availability bymaintainingaccuraterecords of expenditures, directing preparation for expenditureprojectionsandsubmittingtimelyrequests foradditionalfunding to the government.
This position will work a 9/80 schedule, with every other Friday off.
Your Mission, Should You Choose to Accept:
- Set up cost control system,monitorand control costs and schedules on contracts requiring validated cost schedule control system
- Support audits and reviews requested by programs, customers, and company management,fact-findingand negotiation support
- Perform analysis and prepare reportsin order toensure that contracts are within negotiated and agreed-upon parameters and government cost control guidelines
- Perform Earned Value Metric (EVM) tasks including Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) development, budget baseline, cost risk analysis/ assessment and visibility reports,developmentand analysis of estimates to complete
- Other duties as assigned

Basic Qualifications for Level 3:
- Bachelor's degree with5+ years of professional experience - OR -Master'sdegree with3+ years of professional experience. Will consider anadditional4+ years of experience in lieu of degree
- Experience with financial analysis or reporting
- Experience with MS Office Suite
- Requires an active U.S. Government Top-Secret security clearance at time of application, current and within scope
Basic Qualifications for Level4:
- Bachelor's degree with8+ years of professional experience - OR -Master'sdegree with6+ years of professional experience. Will consider anadditional4+ years of experience in lieu of degree
- Experience with financial analysis or reporting
- Experience with MS Office Suite
- Requires an active U.S. Government Top-Secret security clearance at time of application, current and within scope
Preferred Qualifications:
- Active U.S. Government Top-Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) clearance at time of application
- Degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting or Business Administration
- Defense industry experience
- Earned Value Management (EVM) experience
- Program Cost Control experience
- Experience with FAR/DFAR
- Experience with Costpoint, Cobra,Primaveraor SAP

Primary Level Salary Range: $94,200.00 - $141,200.00Secondary Level Salary Range: $117,500.00 - $176,300.00The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
