Want someone willing to do General and participate in General Call.
Can do a mix with Upper Extremity, Hand, Foot/Ankle, Total Joints, or Spine.

Ramp up quickly!
There is room for massive growth due to unmet demand.
Snowbird season only increases the demand.
1 in 3 (will move to 1 in 4) call for practice which averages 1 call or less per night.
ER and hospital 1-3 days per month.
1 in 7 weekend General call
