Job description

EyesNY, the Capital Region’s largest independent, physician-owned ophthalmology and optometry group (12+ physicians, seven locations, 50,000+ annual patient visits), is seeking a full-time optometrist to join our growing practice. Placement flexible across our Capital Region offices — Saratoga Springs, Queensbury, Malta, Clifton Park, or our new Latham office opening early 2027 — based on candidate preference and practice needs.

The role:

Medical optometry focus — co-management of cataract, retina, and glaucoma patients alongside fellowship-trained surgeons

Affiliated ambulatory surgery center (U.S. News High Performing designation)

Full technician and equipment support in modern offices

No weekend call

New graduates and residency-trained ODs welcome

Compensation and benefits:

Salary: $150,000–$180,000 plus production bonus

Sign-on bonus and relocation assistance
