Job description

$81,000–$126,000 Annually ($38.94–$60.69/hr) + $5,000 Sign-On Bonus

Broomall, Pennsylvania

The Opportunity

A predictable Monday–Friday schedule with no weekends is rare in outpatient orthopedics. This role has it, along with a $5,000 sign-on bonus and an annual CME/CEU allowance to keep growing your clinical skills. You'll work in the Main Line corridor of the Philadelphia suburbs, treating orthopedic patients within a collaborative, multidisciplinary team backed by modern resources.

Why You'll Love This Role
  • Pay: $38.94–$60.69/hr ($81K–$126K annually), based on experience
  • Sign-On Bonus: $5,000
  • Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday only — three early shifts (7:00 am–3:30 pm) and two late shifts (10:00 am–7:00 pm)
  • Professional Development: $1,750 annual CME/CEU allowance, plus career growth and mentorship
  • Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, life/AD&D, voluntary options, FSA/HSA, and Medicare D
  • Retirement: 401(k) with employer match up to 4% of annual salary
  • Time Off: Paid vacation, sick time, and 7 paid holidays
What Your Week Looks Like

Your week is built around orthopedic patient care from evaluation through discharge. You'll assess conditions, design individualized care plans, and deliver hands-on treatment and patient education. As part of a multidisciplinary team, you'll also supervise PTAs and aides, with modern resources supporting your caseload throughout the week.

What We're Looking For
  • Licensed Physical Therapist in Pennsylvania
  • Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate in Physical Therapy
  • Orthopedic PT experience preferred, but not required
  • New graduates encouraged to apply
Why Candidates Say Yes

A true Monday–Friday, no-weekend schedule is hard to find in outpatient ortho, and pairing that with a sign-on bonus and a dedicated CME/CEU allowance makes this a standout opportunity in an established Philadelphia-area practice.
