Job description

At Anchorage Digital, we are building the world's most advanced digital asset platform for institutions to participate in crypto.

Anchorage Digital is a crypto platform that enables institutions to participate in digital assets through custody, staking, trading, governance, settlement, and the industry's leading security infrastructure. Home to Anchorage Digital Bank N.A., the first federally chartered crypto bank in the U.S., Anchorage Digital also serves institutions through Anchorage Digital Singapore, Porto by Anchorage Digital, and other offerings.

The company is funded by leading institutions including Andreessen Horowitz, GIC, Goldman Sachs, KKR, and Visa, with its Series D valuation over $3 billion. Founded in 2017 in San Francisco, California, Anchorage Digital has offices in New York, New York; Porto, Portugal; Singapore; and Sioux Falls, South Dakota. Learn more at anchorage.com, on X @Anchorage, and on LinkedIn.

With the evolving landscape of digital threats and an increasing volume of sophisticated attacks by malicious actors, we have a security policy mandating all new hires complete an in-person onboarding process - no exceptions. Security is our foundation and we prioritize physical identity verification and secure IT setup. While our security and IT logistics require physical presence to protect our infrastructure from sophisticated global threats, this move is equally about our Village culture. We believe that a laptop can be shipped, but our culture cannot.

We are looking for a Business Development Analyst, Stablecoins, to work closely with the Stablecoins commercial organization and support go-to-market execution across the stablecoins solutions business, including issuance, distribution, and strategic partnerships.

This role sits at the intersection of business development, market analysis, and product strategy, with direct exposure to institutional counterparties across banks, fintechs, payments companies, crypto-native firms, and global enterprises. You will help turn market signals into actionable GTM initiatives and support live commercial conversations from first outreach through execution.

This is a high-ownership, high-learning role for someone early in their career who wants deep exposure to how stablecoins are actually brought to market at scale.

GTM & Business Development Support
  • Support outbound and inbound BD efforts across stablecoin issuance, rewards, payments, and treasury use cases
  • Prepare briefing materials, decks and more for meetings with banks, fintechs, enterprises, and crypto partners
  • Track active conversations, follow-ups, and next steps across the GTM pipeline
  • Assist in preparing proposals, one-pagers, and commercial summaries
Market & Strategic Analysis
  • Analyze stablecoin markets, competitors, and emerging use cases (payments, FX, treasury, rewards, tokenized cash)
  • Track regulatory developments (e.g., GENIUS Act, MiCA, global frameworks) and summarize GTM implications
  • Support market sizing, partner prioritization, and corridor-level analysis (US, LATAM, EU, APAC)
Data, Pricing & Commercials
  • Build and maintain lightweight models (AUM, volume, bps-based pricing, incentives)
  • Support preparation of commercial structures and internal deal memos
  • Assist with tracking KPIs tied to issuance, distribution, and partner activity
Cross-Functional Execution
  • Coordinate with Product, Compliance, Legal, and Operations to support deal execution
  • Help ensure GTM initiatives are aligned with regulatory and operational constraints
  • Support internal documentation and GTM playbooks
Who You Are
Required
  • 1-3 years of experience in consulting, finance, fintech, crypto, strategy, or a high-growth technology company
  • Strong analytical and structured thinking skills
  • Clear written and verbal communication
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple workstreams
  • Strong interest in stablecoins, payments, or digital asset infrastructure
  • Comfort with basic financial modeling or spreadsheet analysis
Nice to Have
  • Prior exposure to crypto, stablecoins, payments, or financial infrastructure
  • Familiarity with financial markets and related infrastructure
  • Experience supporting BD, partnerships, or GTM teams
What You'll Get
  • Direct mentorship and daily exposure to senior-level GTM and BD execution
  • Front-row seat to institutional stablecoin adoption and large-scale partnerships
  • Hands-on experience across strategy, commercial structuring, and execution
  • Opportunity to grow into a more senior BD, strategy, or product-facing role over time
Why This Role?
Stablecoins are moving from experimentation to core financial infrastructure. This role offers a unique opportunity to learn how regulated, institutional-grade stablecoin products are launched, distributed, and scaled in the real world.
