The Project: 

Mace, as part of MPA delivery partner joint venture of Mace-Parsons-Arcadis, have been selected as the Gateway Development Commissions partners of choice to support the GDC across the Gateway Program in New York, inclusive of the Hudson Tunnel Project.

The busiest rail connection between New York, New Jersey, and the Northeast Corridor, the Hudson Tunnel Project will improve capacity, reliability, and resiliency of commuter and intercity rail transit serving 800,000 daily passengers from Washington, D.C. to New York and New England. A milestone project supported by the bipartisan Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act (IIJA), the project is slated to receive nearly $12 billion in federal funding, the largest investment in a mass transit project in modern history.

You'll Be Responsible For: 

  • Administer and maintain the PMIS platform, including user access, system configuration, data integrity, and troubleshooting technical issues to ensure smooth operation and optimal performance.

  • Customize and configure the PMIS software to align with project workflows, reporting requirements, and stakeholder needs, ensuring data consistency and reliability across the project lifecycle.

  • Provide training, guidance, and support to project team members on how to effectively use the PMIS platform, including data entry, report generation, document management, and collaboration features.

  • Develop standardized workflows, templates, and guidelines for data input, tracking project progress, monitoring key performance indicators, and generating project reports using the PMIS tool.

  • Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to implement best practices for utilizing the PMIS platform, identify opportunities for process optimization, and drive continuous improvement in project management practices.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for resolving user issues, conducting system updates, and coordinating with the PMIS vendor to address system enhancements or technical upgrades.

  • Stay informed about the latest trends in project management software, attend training sessions, and proactively seek opportunities to enhance your expertise as a PMIS superuser and trainer.

You'll need to have:

  • 3-5 years experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Project Management, or related field.

  • Proven experience in administering project management information systems (PMIS) and providing user training and support in complex construction projects or infrastructure developments.

  • Advanced Understanding of ISO19650,  BS1192, Common Data Environment (CDE), IFC, COBie, and Classifications. 

  • Proficiency in PMIS software such as Kahua, Kahua software, digital business process management, training and support.

  • Certification in Kahua kBuilder training.
    Note: The estimated starting salary for this position is $150k. Starting salary may vary based on permissible, non-discriminatory factors such as experience, skills and qualifications.
