• Full Cycle Accounting: Managing all financial records, including accounts payable and accounts receivable Gross Revenue $4,000,000+
• General Ledger & Reconciliation: Maintaining the general ledger, reconciling bank and credit card accounts, and performing month-end closings. Report directly to CEO
• Payroll & Taxes: Processing payroll (26 employees)and filing quarterly payroll taxes, sales tax returns, and preparing documentation for 1099s and W-2s.
• Financial Reporting: Preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, such as balance sheets and income statements. Work with Corporate Accountng firm UHY
• Experience: Generally 3–5+ years of experience in bookkeeping or accounting roles.
• Software Proficiency: Strong knowledge of accounting software QuickBooks
• Education: BS Accounting
