Job description

Gunster seeks a full-time Corporate Technology Trainer to join our team. This position may be based in any of our South Florida offices, including Miami, Fort Lauderdale, Boca Raton, and West Palm Beach. The Corporate Technology Trainer will develop and deliver comprehensive training on computer systems, software applications, and technology tools used throughout the firm. This individual will serve as a resource for staff at all levels, ensuring team members have the knowledge and confidence to leverage technology in their daily work.


Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver engaging, hands-on training sessions for attorneys, paralegals, and support staff on firm technology systems and software applications.
  • Create user-friendly training materials, manuals, and quick-reference guides.
  • Conduct new employee onboarding and orientation.
  • Stay up to date on technology trends and software updates to ensure training remains current and relevant.
  • Collaborate with IT, HR, and other administrative teams to plan and coordinate training initiatives.
  • Travel regularly to all Gunster offices to deliver in-person training and support.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Information Technology, Education, or a related field preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience delivering technology training in a professional environment.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to communicate complex technical information clearly to diverse audiences.
  • Ability to travel regularly.
