Purpose and Mission

We are seeking an innovative and results-driven strategy analyst who will play a pivotal role in supporting our business platforms by evaluating strategic decisions and contributing to the realization of our ambitious growth plans. Key Activities and Responsibilities
  • You participate in the development of our global business portfolio by assessing business segments and defining business cases for organic / un-organic growth and transformational opportunities.
  • You support decision makers in making key strategic choices through a broad range of quantitative and qualitative analyses, and facilitate their implementation.
  • You identify, develop, and implement business strategies for new solutions, technologies, business models and markets.
  • You explore and analyse attractive acquisition targets and you are involved in related analysis as part of the due diligence process.
  • You coordinate and liaise with internal stakeholders to drive efficient projects leveraging best practices across functions.
  • You take the lead in different change projects by assessing internal information, facilitating workshops & working with internal stakeholders.
About You
  • University degree (Master) in Business, Engineering, Marketing or similar minimum 2-3 years of experience in management consulting, M&A or in a corporate strategy environment and relevant project experience
  • Strong track record of successful project management, ensuring timely delivery and meeting project objectives.
  • Strong analytical skills to formulate well-prepared business proposals, ensuring strategic alignment.
  • Expertise in collecting information from various sources, employing both traditional research and data science methods.
  • High motivation to address and resolve business insight gaps within the B-to-B industry.
  • Passionate about technological developments, spanning material science to the AI
  • Expertise in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Self-driven with a problem-solving attitude and a strong team player.
