The primary role of the Specialist, Corporate Social Responsibility is to coordinate the philanthropic projects across PDS Health we serve dept and its non-profit partners. Helping to further the vision of a healthier happier world and creating a culture of service throughout the organization. The Specialist must have exceptional communication skills, be flexible yet thorough, and possess the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while working productively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Responsibilities
  • Support in the execution of the cause marketing campaigns and additional projects with major corporate non-profit partnerships
  • Support in the execution and planning of our biggest day of donated dentistry Smile Generation Serve Day
  • Assist in fielding and responding to calls, emails, and requests regarding employees' and affiliated clinicians suggested involvement opportunities, as well as possible vendor partnerships for "we serve" opportunities
  • Assist in the advancement and improvement of the Benevity Platform
  • Manage the data collection for report generation as well as create reporting dashboards to be distributed internally, providing statistical information for websites and campaigns.
  • Understand and comply with ethical, legal and regulatory requirements applicable to our business.
  • Support in the execution of events including shipping materials.
  • Performs other duties as assigned by management or as may be necessary.
  • Present at internal meetings promoting we serve opportunities and a culture of service

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college in Marketing, Communications, Sociology or related field. In lieu of degree, 5+ years' of experience is required or the equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • +2 years' related work experience in a service capacity

Preferred
  • Public speaking experience
  • Non-profit or marketing experience
  • Flexibility to work nights or weekends as necessary

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities
  • Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communications skills.
  • Detail oriented, organized, process focused, problem solver, proactive, ambitious, customer service focused.
  • Ability to respond to common inquiries from field
  • Self-motivated, reliable individual capable of working independently as well as part of a team.
  • Problem solving skills to gather and analyze information in order to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner.
  • Ability to research information analyze data to arrive at valid conclusions, recommendations, and plans of actions.
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office programs such as Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint
  • Ability to think, plan and execute resourcefully, across multiple tasks.
  • Ability to draw conclusions and make independent decisions with limited information.
  • Ability to work independently and/or remotely as well as part of a team.
  • Strong attention to details, highly organized, computer literate
  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced, team oriented, professional office environment

Compensation Information
